Warranty Policy

Lateshifter stands behind the quality of its products and guarantees your satisfaction. Our warranty policy includes a 6-month warranty period from the date of purchase.

Coverage

Duration: This warranty lasts for 3 months from the date of purchase and covers only the original purchaser.
Scope: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes issues with fabric, zippers, buckles, and seams.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, anticipated wear, lost or stolen items, or damage from the use of solvents or exposure to extreme temperatures. The warranty is also void if the product is used for commercial, rental, or other non-personal use.

Claim Process

Proof of Purchase: To submit a warranty claim, the original proof of purchase is required.
Assessment: Once we receive your claim and proof of purchase, we will inspect the product. If the warranty claim is judged to be valid, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item back for repair. Lateshifter will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replaced item to the customer.

Limitations

No Consequential Damages: This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and does not cover any consequential damages such as loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of property.
No Other Warranties: No other warranties are given beyond those stated in this warranty document.

Lateshifter reserves the right to make changes to this warranty at any time, without prior notice.
